Royale
Hiya! I'm doing another of my patented international music DJ gigs for the second time in a week - this one's at the Royale on Kingshighway tomorrow (this Monday the 21st) from 10pm-1am. Should be a good time, all!

I've been getting into '60s Cambodian rock 'n roll lately, and this website has biographies and many, many song downloads of singers like Ros Sereysothea and Pan Ron. It's really fantastic stuff.
So what happened to all of these '60s Cambodian musicians, you ask? You don't wanna know. If you watch the trailer at that link (and you should), get ready to tear up, because it's awfully depressing. It should also be noted that the L.A. band Dengue Fever has been embarking on a sort of revival of older Cambodian rock with some very catchy results.
If this is exciting to anyone, I'm doing another SkyMall maxi-post soon, courtesy of my friend Steph.
