I'm trying to throw together a Joey Ramone costume for Halloween, and so far, I've got a leather jacket and some old jeans to my name, and probably a workable t-shirt or two. Now I still need to find some sunglasses and a wig. I saw a wig that looked decent enough tonight for $17, but I only had $6 or so, and I'm not looking to pay more than Joey Ramone did to look like Joey Ramone.

Also, if I've got any kind of invisible lurker readers, I'm going to be 21 in a couple of weeks - anybody have any suggestions as to how to properly celebrate in this beer-lovin', minor-excludin' city of ours?
