Because I missed it, all right?

Also, I'm liking the Blue Nile Ethiopian market by Olive and McKnight. I just cooked up half of a 89 cent bag of red lentils as a side with my last batch of enchiladas, and I'm so excited to pick up some ingredients to make injera and a doro wat. In a month or so, they're going to start offering Ethiopian cooking classes there too, so I can find out what I'm about to probably do wrong!
